When booking on hangswith, the final price paid is the price displayed at the checkout in the currency it's displayed in. Your bank may charge you a currency exchange fee if the booking is in a curreny other than that of your bank account.
Platform fee
Our Stars pay a platform fee of either 8.5% if they've met with that Viewer any time in the previous 3 months, or 15-20% otherwise, depending on the star's previous 6 months' earnings.
Example 1
Star and viewer have never met before (or met more than 3 months ago): the booking fee will be $0, and the platform fee will be between 15-20% depending on the star's earnings over the past 6 months (if the viewer pays $100, the star receives between $80 and $85).
Example 2
A viewer books a star they met with 2 months ago: the booking fee will be $0, and the platform fee will be 8.5% (since star+viewer had met in the past 3 months). E.g. if the viewer pays $100, the star receives $91.50.
